Dr. Hj Noorhisham Mohd Alwi

>  With over 40 years in training and development, Dr. Noorhisham is an esteemed HRD and productivity expert. He began his career at the Malaysian Productivity Corporation (MPC) in 1983 and retired in 1997.

>  He has held roles as a GRP Technical Expert, SME Business Coach, Business Excellence Assessor, and Adjunct Professor.

>  His specialties span hospitality management, organizational development, and quality initiatives.

>  Dr Noorhisham holds a Ph.D. in Extension Education (UPM), an M.Sc. from Purdue University, and various certifications including one from the London School of Economics. He is also a certified HRD Corp trainer.

Dr. Pauziah Hanum Abdul Ghani

>  A former DOE Director with over 40 years of experience, Dr Pauziah is a seasoned expert in environmental governance, water quality, toxic waste, and EIA.

>  She has also served as Director at NAHRIM and formerly an Associate Professor in Energy and Environment. She’s a certified HRDC and CEPSWAM trainer, Green Productivity Expert, and EIA Subject Specialist.

>  Her academic background includes a Ph.D., M.Sc., and B.Sc. in Environmental Science from UPM, plus a postgraduate diploma from Delft, Netherlands.

>  Dr Pauziah is also a accredited HRD Corp trainer.

Azhar Abdul Karim

>  Azhar holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Hons) in Operational Research from Universiti Sains Malaysia.

>  He is certified in ISO 9000, ISO 14000, TS 16949, ISO 50001, OSHMS 18000, and recognized as a Technical Consultant by JPK-MOHR, CIDB, and the American Society for Quality.

>  He is also a Certified Communicator with International Toastmasters and certified HRD Corp trainer.

>  Azhar has worked with multinational corporations and has trained over 300 organizations in areas such as TQM, QCC, innovation, productivity, strategic planning, and supervisory development.

Mohd Anuar bin Abdul Karim

>  Anuar is a HRDC accredited trainer with over two decades of experience in productivity and quality improvement programs.

>  He specialises in Innovative and Creative Circles (ICC), Lean Management, 7 Basic QC tools, 7 New QC Tools, ISO 9001:2015, 5S Housekeeping, Team Building, Kaizen Training, and Productivity Measurement and Analysis.

>  Anuar was previously the Head of Research and Development Unit for Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad at Malaysian Productivity Corporation (MPC). He holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Statistics from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. He is also a certified HRD Corp trainer.
